The waitress rushed my girlfriend and I from the beginning. She had an attitude and continuously interrupted us as we were ordering. Her and the owner kept glaring at us and shaking their heads. She didn't give us refills until I said really loud, "She has yet to give us a refill." Keep in mind it was only us and one other man in the restaurant the entire time. Then when we went to pay for the bill, our waitress rushed us and was tapping her pen to make us hurry and was huffing. Then when she saw how much we tipped, she gave us a dirty look and said in a sarcastic tone, "Aw, that's nice!" She had already written down a tip amount she expected us to give, but we gave less of a tip since she was incredibly rude to us and was not even remotely good service. She crossed the price off on her sheet and rewrote the correct tip. My girlfriend and I come to Sunrise often but I am tired of the bad service from this specific waitress and I did not appreciate the dirty look from the owner.
We just had breakfast which was ok. The bathroom was pretty nasty and the service was so so.
I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger which came with french fries and my choice of French onion or chicken and rice soup. The soup was excellent, and I can't say enough good things about the hamburger! It was huge! You remember those kind before Frozen patties when hamburgers were the actual size of your entire hand not just your fist portion. Well I can tell you one thing is that I couldn't finish it. And that's saying a lot! But it was delicious and wasn't overpriced.
Great service and good food
Wildly overpriced for a less than average meal. Paid $9 for a plate of 3 chicken tinders. The salad bar is very humble but costs $5, and the service was fairly slow.
